The throne room of Insectoid queen Laz'arax in the Insectoid Hive. From here she not only rules the hive, but tends to her hatchlings as well.

You enter a cavern filled with thousands of luminescent eggs stuck to the walls. Laz'arax (LAZ-ar-rax), the Insectoid queen, patrols her nest, pausing occasionally to feed her hatchlings mashed up food from her own mouth. - The Hive (GS-ADV3)

Across the room is a large crack in the floor. It is filled with blue ichor.

Entering the nest, you discover that Imbri, the Immortal Knight, is submerged in blue ichor. You attempt to make your way across the room in order to save her. Depending on your best actions and decisions, a number of possibilities will unfold:

• If you have previously freed some Insectoids, they will charge into the nest, planning to kill the queen.
  • Side with Laz'arax
  • Side with the Mal'kanor
• If not, you will be approached by Urzon.
  • Fight Laz'arax to free the Immortal Knight
  • Attempt to negotiate her release

Regardless of your choices, you soon discover that the Immortal Knight had not been captured. She had been brought here by the Insectoids in an attempt to heal her.
