The Channeling Rod gets you to a neglected cemetery, an Elven ghost is floating around checking out the graves.

• Help the ghost find its grave and ask if anyone has been around lately. She points out a grave where you find the dead Dastio brothers and no Hearts of Huolaeo.
• Trick the elven ghost that they are Dastio Bloodline, she helps you find the Dastio plot. Where you find the dead Dastio brothers but no Hearts of Huolaeo.

On the deck, you come across a dog who stands upright and begins to talk to you. He recounts the tale of how the Great Wolf founded the town of Huolaeo but was murdered by Kethra.

• Toss the Hundred Hearts overboard to show support for the Great wolf.
• Knock the dog out and restrain him returning the gems back to the town of Huolaeo.
