Giant, tentacled creature that dwells in the Eastern Sea off the coast of the Isle of Winter.

Summoned by Captain Giselle on orders of the Starlit Door to harvest its flesh. Alternatively, the Kraken is potentially fought alongside Captain Kaemon at the Colosseum of Ashes.

Taking a closer look at the scroll, you notice a sketch of a large, squid-like creature wrapping its tentacles around a large vessel. - Tome of Encounters (RPA-ADV7) 

The flesh of the Kraken has healing properties:

“The kraken has incredible healing properties.” - Captain Giselle (RPA-TE)

“There is a legend that the kraken’s body has healing properties when consumed.“ - Captain Kaemon (RPA-SQ1)

• You interrupt Captain Giselle's summoning ritual and keep the Kraken from surfacing.
• You allow the captain to bring the Kraken to the Emerald Dawn:
  • Slay it, and Giselle will harvest it for its healing properties, thanking you for your contribution.
  • Fail to kill it, and the Emerald Dawn will be destroyed and you will be rescued by Captain Kaemon, taken aboard the Iron Tide.

If you put down the mutiny on the Iron Tide, Captain Kaemon will be brought to the arena to fight a Kraken with you:

• If you slaughter the beast, you feast on its flesh and the captain's debt to you is repaid.
• If it overpowers you, Captain Kaemon and his crew die at your feet, and the Kraken is killed before it scales the walls.
