Ice World Ambassador
Beings native to Iktel, Plane of Frost, they speak their own language but have created universal translating devices.
Ice World Ambassadors are not suited for any kind of warm temperature or exposure to air;
Following the trail of this strange, discarded clothing, you find an orange-skinned creature, stripped nearly bare, with several roaming eyestalks, lying on the muddy ground, gasping for breath. - Tome of Encounters (RPA-ADV6).
Culture
Technologically advanced, Ice World Ambassadors have machined boxes to communicate with other races;
The creature speaks gibberish to you at first. Then it produces a mechanical box from its belt, which speaks. “TOO HOT,” says the box, “MUST GO HOME.” - Tome of Encounters (RPA-ADV6)
Another achievement is their invention of security orbs that defend themselves;
You dig through the strange creature’s pack and find a couple glowing, translucent spheres.
The spheres leap from your hands and roll in circles around you. They speak in a language similar to that of the creature, and the talking box translates: “ENEMY DETECTED. ENGAGE.” - Tome of Encounters (RPA-ADV6)
The Ice World Ambassadors live predominantly in freezing temperatures and cold environments - as such, their dress reflects their native climate;
You find a muddy embankment where strange clothes lie scattered about. They are thickly made, like winter garb for mountain dwellers, but made of a fabric unfamiliar to you. - Tome of Encounters (RPA-ADV6)
Ice World Ambassadors have restorative powers;
The creature lifts a hand and presses it against your forehead. Its touch is icy cold, but you can feel yourself growing stronger. - Tome of Encounters (RPA-SQ1)

Icy Reception - Deathmatch at the Colosseum of Ashes (RPA-TE)
If you saved it then, you will meet it again at the Colosseum of Ashes, running through a rift away from an ice wyrm:
Already exhausted from the heat, you are not sure how long the creature can survive this world’s twin suns, let alone the challenge of combat. But the Grandmaster does not recruit just anyone to become a gladiator in her arena. She must have seen something special in the orange-skinned traveler. Perhaps the creature is more resilient than it first appears. - Tome of Encounters (RPA-SQ1)
- Fail to end the ice wyrm and the Ambassador meets its demise.
