Homeward Rift

Located within Affril, Plane of Knowledge. This particular rift leads back to Ulos.

A rift can only be opened with powerful objects. Some may be embedded in other larger devices, such as the Gurlung Colossus. Others may be smaller, but no less powerful.

A durgolium chest sits next to these containers. You open it and uncover the Immortal Knight’s Helm. You take the helm in your hands and feel its power. It pulls against your grip and somehow you know that it is moving you homeward. If you follow its lead, you will leave this world and return to Ulos. - Above the Dreaming Sea (RPA-ADV10)

A monument for the Immortal Knight lies half in Affril and half in Ulos.

Above the Dreaming Sea (RPA-ADV10)

A rift leading to Ulos may only be opened with the Helm of the Immortal Knight. Once opened, you notice that a monument for the Immortal Knight lies between planes. Half of it is in Affril while the other half is in Ulos. This detail causes you to wonder.

“I have bad news,” Tarik tells you, but he can see by the look on your face that you already know what lies inside the monument. “The body within is only the latest hero of our kingdom. Many warriors have served in the role of Immortal Knight.“ - Above the Dreaming Sea (RPA-ADV10)

Your time in Affril is at an end. You return to Ulos to face the battle of all battles.

Silver Threads of Fate (LC1)

Sleecrath and you stand at the center of an extensive network of silver threads. They reach in all directions and weave Ulos and Affril together.

If any allies have joined you on your quest, Sleecrath returns them to their own time and place. They will have no memory of their adventure with you. The task Sleecrath has laid before you can be attempted by you and only you.

“You have some final stitches to make. Prove yourself worthy of the needle, and it will be yours.” - Sleecrath - Silver Threads of Fate (LC1)
