• Take a chunk of flesh and leave quickly.

In either case, you find yourself one step closer to taming the famed hellhound.

Innocent blood, the next ingredient needed, is found in Laz'arax's hive. An unattended hatchling is within your reach. All is needed is a vile of its blood.

• Draw a bit of the hatchling's blood.
• Tame the hatchling and bring it on your quest.

Travelling to the Frozen Expanse provides the perfect setting to summon the hellhound. You throw Azema's flesh into the fire that you have created.
