An underground library in Undercity where members of the Starlit Door hold meetings and records.

Down a dark passageway, you find a door painted with a familiar eye.

The door swings open, leading you into a dim, candle-lit library of ancient tomes. In the center of this room is a wooden table where several cloaked figures sit, pondering a map of Sabek. - Outbreak in Undercity (RPA-ADV3)

Access to the library is restricted to Starlit Door members only.

A map of Sabek is spread out on the table, with red markings all over the major sites. It is not clear exactly what the Starlit Door is planning, but it looks like it will not be pleasant for the city.

The map on the table clearly indicates an attack of some kind on the Temple of Ulos, planned for tomorrow. - Outbreak in Undercity (RPA-ADV3)

Depending on events leading to your arrival, there are a number of possible ways you will be received by the cult:

• If given the password by Mowla at Azema's Bones, you are escorted in:
  • Attempt to arrest the cult for conspiracy against the crown:
    • Put down their resistant response here and now, slaying them all.
    • Be overpowered by their numbers and left for dead.
  • Join the Starlit Door in their cause:

When you agree to perform their task of initiation, Mowla smiles, as does the elderly Dragonkin man. “I am Masik. Your task is simple. Open this desk and bring what you find there to the Temple of Ulos at dawn.” - Outbreak in Undercity (RPA-ADV3)

• If you slayed Mowla, the Starlit Door spring an ambush to avenge her.
  • Put down their attack and slay them all.
  • Be overpowered by their numbers and left for dead.
• Otherwise, win their interest with any artifacts already recovered and learn more about their plans:
  • Retain and act on your loyalty to the King's Guard:
    • Put down their treason and slay them all.
    • Be overpowered by their numbers and left for dead.
  • Join the Starlit Door in their cause.

Return to the Library with an inkwell of blood and open the durgolium desk of Bertram Hoogna to find another artifact;

When the verse is complete, the writing desk opens and an onyx cube appears before you, levitating in the air. The library shakes and crackling black energy fills the air above your head. - Outbreak in Undercity (RPA-ADV3)
