A large, well guarded room within Kulbak Prison. Around the exterior of the room are racks of weapons and suits of armor. A large table and chair sit in the center of the room. In the corner is a locked closet containing items confiscated from prisoners upon their arrest.
Construct guards patrol the hallway outside the room. They are stationed within the room as well, assisting Warden Mercy when called upon.
