 You find a non-functioning [[construct|Construct]] deep in the [[ice_caverns|ice caverns]].  Combined with the [[arcazion_stone|Arcazion Stone]], you are able to snap them both into the empty sockets in his chest. He gradually begins to move and then quickly runs from the cavern.
